Precognition is the ability to tell the future.

Level 1[]
The power holder gets deja vu sometimes. Every now and again they will dream the future, though this will often have a twisted veiw of reality, and will use many metaphors.
Level 2[]
The power holder will get deja vu more often. Every now and again they will dream the future, which will be closer to reality then level 1.
Level 3[]
The power holder will not get deja vu anymore. Every now and again they will dream the future, which will be an exact veiw of reality. They will also sometimes have waking dreams which are the equivilant of the level 2 dreams.
Level-X[]
The power holder sees the future and past as one.
